One way the greeks influenced writing are the poems. Poems from the Greeks had a huge influence. The Lyric poems were poems that performers would sing while playing an instrument called the 'Lyre.' (By the greeks) This had a significant influence because nowadays, we call these Lyric poems,' songs.'
