The brilliant number is a new class of numbers which received their name only a few years ago and defined by Peter Wallrodt. The brilliant numbers are positive integers with exactly two prime factors of the same digital length (in decimal notation). For example our new year too: 2021= 43 x 47 The number 2021 is a brilliant number since it has exactly two factors with two digits each. Brilliant numbers are important in the fields of cryptography and Internet security, also used to test the performance of prime factoring softwares, since the problem of factoring large numbers is considered computationally difficult, and large brilliant numbers are the most difficult of all since they have only two prime factors of equal decimal length. I hope, the year 2021 will be as brilliant for all as a brilliant number in the mathematics. (T.A.)
