No, to me they seem the same. Something that is existing has to be living. Well, now that i think about it depends. Because things can be existing while they are living and when they aren't. Because they are an object or living. but almost everything is made out of a living object. So yes there is a difference.

Yes Because a living thing isn't existing without a body and a soul is existing because of the body. Usually a Soul comes before the soul and the soul possesses the body and the soul lives on forever and ever
