I had to answer this before I got this the difference between antiferdaralists and federalists is that antiferderalists were people who opposed the constitution and federalists were people who supported the constitution. The similarities between antifederalists and federalists is that they both debeated whether the new constitution should be approved.

The difference is federalist fought for their freedom, while the anit-federalsts believed that change was not needed and America was fine being ruled by tyrants
