What is one reason (related to temperature) that Earth is the only planet that contains life as we know it?

nevaehhh:

Earth's temperature is stabilized and keeps human's body at or around 98.6 degrees which is the temperature needed for human life to be sustained. All other planets are either far too hot, or far too cold. Earth is just right.

umm:

Well, yes, temperature is one of them. Earth also has oxygen unlike other planets. In order for things to survive, they'll need oxygen unlike planets that have toxic chemicals.

KiWiPoP1:

The earth's temp is warm and cold enough for life to "sprout", if you will. it's the perfect temp
