your welcome if you have Tylenol or Advil just tale them to stop the cramps an go to sleep, so you will better.

Period cramps are painful bur pain meds usally work..like tylenol and Ibuprofen work :)...also try heating up a raw bag of rice in the microwave for 30 sec and put it on the bottom of your stomach ... put a clothe around it and reheate everytime it goes cold.
