I'd say twice a day 30 minutes each day or 1-2 hours as long as you don't like push yourself too hard.

Which exercises we should do for colarbone, belly fat and height?? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) Bell hops,Crunches,Jogging in place,Lunges+Arm curl ups,Jumping Jacks,Twist Crunches,Standing Shoulder Stretches,Quad Stretches,Push-ups etc. (This is just what I do in P.E though) (Bell hops is a short,fast hop side to side with both feet together)
