How do I make my collar bone fat? Here are a few exercises you should try. Jogging. Jogging helps you lose weight throughout your body. ... Shoulder Rolls. This is one of the simplest and easiest exercises to enhance your collar bone. ... Shoulder Shrugs. Shoulder shrugs can also be very effective to enhance the shape of your collarbone. ... Push-Ups. ... Swimming.

NatalieBM:

Here's some stuff I found online that may help. Collarbone: Jogging, Shoulder Rolls, Shoulder Shrugs, Push-Ups, Swimming. Belly Fat: cardio exercises such as running, walking, elliptical training, and bicycling. Height: Bar Hanging, Dry Land Swim, Pelvic Shift, Cobra Stretch, Hopping With One Leg, Pilates Roll Over, Forward Spine Stretch, and basically all stretches in general. For height I would recommend yoga. Yoga really helps with lung capacity and being in control with your body. The rest I would just say you have to be consistent on how you do it and increase the intensity gradually as you move on. Finally I would recommend having the determination not to quit doing it until you are satisfied with the outcome. I hope that helped :)
