Ok so the board game costs (30) dollars and is on sale for (25%) off. Turn the percentage into a decimal by dividing it by 100 \[25\div100= 0.25\] Multiply that by the cost of the board game which is (30) dollars. \[30\times0.25=7.5\] (7.5) can also be written as (7.50) Subtract (7.50 the one sale price of the board game) by the (30 dollar original price of the board game). \[30-7.50=22.5\] (22.5) can also be written as (22.50) The sale price of the board game is (22.50).
