You have All subject chats and Misc chat. When you first make your account you will have those. When you subscribe then you can have more chats.

If you go to the Misc subject then you'll have the Misc chat
If you get invited to a chat from someone who made one then you'll have more
You have to subscribe to make your own chat thought.

Most other chats are subscriber chats. If you subscribe to QC, you are able to create a chat and invite other people. We do however also have the Misc chat.

If you don't have it right now, click on the menu bar (three horizontal bars) in the top left corner). Click All Subjects (or whatever subject is already there) and then type Misc into the search bar.
