You are writing a blog post about staying healthy. For your research, you read a long essay but can't figure out the main idea of the text. Which approach is the best way to find the main idea? A. Proofread the text. B. Summarize the text. C. Look for facts in the text. D. Read the text aloud.
help?
What can you eliminate from your answer choices?
d and c?
is it b?
While reading aloud may help you find the answer to the main point I am quite unsure about that. It can help you in the long-distance but sometimes couldn't help you. It has been proven that reading aloud can help readers find what they are looking for because when they are reading they seem to accidentally skip over lines or mis-read. Proofreading the text won't help. Fixing any sort of error seems irrelevant to the question. You could Summarize the text, but that would only help you with writing the essay. So far A and B can be eliminated.
While looking for facts in the text that could help you understand it way more and help you find the main point. Between C and D, What do you think the answer is?
c?
Im still trying to figure out which one it would be. Im pretty sure it would be reading aloud but then looking for facts may help you.
