no my activity did not use these skills becuase im not using an object outside my body. munipltive skills are something like throwing ball in the air, or spinning around a baseball bat, my crunches i do with my body by bringing me chest or elbows to my knees and laying back down adn repeating so there for my activty would not be included in this skills section

yes thats true...but his activity didnt invole a hula hoop though, his activty was crunches there for youre answer would have been wrong, but if he was using a hula hoop at his activity you would have been correct
