Ok so when you see `point` that means a decimal point `(.)` But you don't use the term `point` when writing a decimal so D is incorrect.

So the first number after the decimal would be tenths the second one would be hundredths and the number to the left of the decimal is the whole number So for example 89.09 would be written as eighty nine and nine hundredths another example 38.23 would be written as thirty eight and twenty three hundredths
