Well as we should all know the main cause of the war was a fight over the Ohio River because of the great Trading route it had,and that both British and french wanted to settle over there.

I'd say answer option A and B is wrong due to the fact that never was the cause of the problem,this leaves answer options C and D which do u think is correct and why?
