Marcus spent 10 hours doing his homework last week. This week he spent 11 hours doing homework. He says that he spent 110% more time doing homework this week. Is he correct?

Math as followed~
[ 11 - 10 ] / 10 x 100% =

1 /10 x 100% =

10%

its because 11 hours compared to 10 hours.
11 hours is 110% more than 10 hours bc 11/10 = 1.1 and that in percent is 110%

this could be up to interpretation, since it is how much MORE homework i agree its 10% MORE not 110% more but I was saying the math you did might be wrong
