\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @caydenmae b. \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) As Tyrion has already stated (B) would be incorrect. It would be incorrect due to the fact that it directly states "Jenna wants to visit a friend who lives in a neighboring state, but the driving age is 17 in that (State). " Federal Law: " the body of law created by the federal government of a country" Basically a law that a entire country (Must) follow. State law: "state law refers to the law of each separate U.S. state. ... States retain plenary power to make laws covering anything not preempted by the federal Constitution" Laws that some states make for the people that live in the state to follow. As i stated before "but the driving age is 17 in that state. " So the law in the neighboring state she wants to visit is only directed to the state so its couldn't be a federal law. I'd also like to say that answer option D is incorrect. You must abide each and every states laws if your going to visit that state, the laws in your state aren't the same in others. There is no such thing as "Immunity" from laws in others states if it isn't a law in the state your currently in. This leaves answer option A and C which do u think is correct and why?
