Some fuels are toxic and hurt the environment like gas oil natural gas desil and so forth those are fuels that we depend on and if we run out of this stuff it will be bad but if we use solar or battery powered things then it wont cause security risks.

the use of more fuels will ask for more demand and the more the demand the more people who get into it and the more people who get into it will end up turning into a global comptetion which can go mutliple ways good or bad so the increase of the use of fossil fuels increase the amount of the competion

i think that As demand increases, the costs of fossil fuels increases. This increased demand coupled with the diminishing supply will lead to increased competition over the limited resources.
