a- becuase when youre massageing youre muscles and that wil loosen them up alot and its why you wont feel as much pain therefor we have massuses...the massages helps realive alot of the pain

but anyways the second one you can remove is the last option. Sitting down after working out doesn't reduce muscle soreness, it may stop it from hurting right away but you still worked out on those muscles.
