suana suit, no water, no food, 3 hoodies on, 3 pair of sweats, socks over sweats and a trashbag over the hoodies and suana suit. then go for a 5 mile run then go back up and do about 150 pushups 300 crunches 10 minute planks...not the full thing but i wrestle for my school and thats how i loose wieght...its un healthy but yee...i loose about 25 a week by doing that and adding more sets to each day

for me I got into skateboarding, I never cared about what I ate. I started doing push-ups since I didn't want a sad pacer gram (lol) but after that I went from pushups to pullups. Doing this and being active outside is basically why I'm 145 at 6ft lol

Well if you starve yourself your body is gonna gain more weight so just eat how you are and move more like walk places

dont eat a lot, say no to fatty food, dont eat junk food. find a way to get cardio. drink a lot of water. Water and cardio is a big key to loosing weight.

Drink lots of water before meals, this will cause you to eat less. Also, exercise on a regular basis, walk, run, and do a basic workout. Don't eat sugary food or drinks, stick to protein and vitamin-enriched food.
