Geometry

nevaehhh:

Do you know what the reflexive property is ?

simsharrison:

Yeah its when something equals itself

simsharrison:

like a=a

nevaehhh:

Ok, so in that case, which set of angles equal each other ?

simsharrison:

Also, I know it is not C

nevaehhh:

How do you know that ?

simsharrison:

would it be B

simsharrison:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @nevaehhh How do you know that ? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) Cause I got it wrong lol

nevaehhh:

Then what other angle equals each other ?

simsharrison:

EAB and DBC

nevaehhh:

No, that angle is not the same thing~ try again... look at the angles, and find each one... then see which ones are the same

simsharrison:

nevaehhh:

That's the only answer that makes sense besides C, so I'm pretty sure it's D... they are both the same angle~

nevaehhh:

WAIT

nevaehhh:

WAIT

nevaehhh:

You were right the first time...

simsharrison:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @nevaehhh You were right the first time... \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) B?

nevaehhh:

Yes, because if you look they are equal.... the first angle is part of the big triangle, the second one is part of the small triangle...

nevaehhh:

This is pretty confusing... but I am pretty sure it's B

simsharrison:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @nevaehhh Yes, because if you look they are equal.... the first angle is part of the big triangle, the second one is part of the small triangle... \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) that was my thought process

nevaehhh:

In algebra, the reflexive property of equality states that a number is always equal to itself. Reflexive property of equality. If a is a number, then. a = a .~google~ i swear i thought it was C.... this one is pretty tough, but really.... D makes a lot of sense but B would prove the equation, so go with B
