The cost to rent a car is $25 plus an additional $0.15 for each mile the car is driven. Which of the following equations could be used to find the number of miles, m, a car was driven if the car had a bill of $71.80? 71.8 m + 25 = 0.15 25 + 0.15 m = 71.8 0.15 m + 71.8 = 25 25 m + 0.15 = 71.8
i think it is c
hi
As u can see it says this "$0.15 for each mile the car is driven." Basically (15) would have to have a (m) after if due to the fact it says "for each mile the car is driven." So it would look like this (15m) On the other hand (25) wouldn 't include a (m) due to the fact it states this "The cost to rent a car is $25 " its just the cost on how much the rental on the car is. (25) would just stay as (25) So most likley your answer would be B or D Also what ever equation it is it has to equal (71.80)
ok thx
