I made this account for a specific reason erm, anyways how do you stop an addiction ? even when its not suicidal ? Its getting bad and erm yeah I need ways to cope so can anyone help? ;/

Go to an addiction Helpline~

Find something that can intervene that addiction at that time. Doing that either cold turkey or doing it overtime. That might help. I highly reccommed going to see a professional if you can depending on what it is.

Depending on the addiction I suggest making it difficult to get to that addiction. For example if its your phone put in in a lock under your bed fo. This would give you time to think about if you really need to do it or not.
