I mean if you’re going to take this idea literally, obviously you can’t rewind time to pick up an ice cream cone you dropped. That would be great though... but seriously, anything could be possible. The universe is such a mystery and truly we don’t know everything about it. If I had to give my opinion about this, I’d say that we can somehow manipulate time, just not the way we’d like to. I like to think about it this way:
Imagine you’re doing a test and the teacher says you have 5 minutes left to complete it. The usual reaction would be to hurry up and finish before time runs out. So technically, limiting the timeframe you have to complete that test would make you try to complete it faster. But this idea has more to do with the psychological aspect than it does with the time aspect. But I’m not sure if you understand what I mean. In any case, this is my personal opinion and I am in no way saying it is correct.
