okay that makes sense because my friends cat has biometra and she hasn't been showing any symptoms that something was wrong with her and they took her to the hospital today and they diagnosed her with biometric so I was just wondering because how come her cat didn't show symptoms that she wasn't pain or little to no pain?
Some cats may show an obvious change in their facial expression when in pain, while with others it may be more subtle for example: Your cat may squint or close their eyes. Their ears may appear slightly flattened or pressed to the sides. Their mouth, nose and cheeks may appear tenser and more compressed.
