I think we all know the part (Monroe Doctrine) played with waning ppl


Personally I think the two guys are ( European) and (Confused) on what (Monroe) is saying,basically (Monroe) is warning them to not mess with america (The Western Hemisphere) bc they won't take it lightly and will prolly result in a war.

I'm saying they are confused bc u see one of the guys hands on his chin stroking it,and also monroe pointing at his name prolly like he is trying to get his point across
