what is more important knowledge or grades??

Well depends on what you wanna do in your life. Your grades are pretty important, but knowledge is important too. I'd rather have knowledge over grades. You can use knowledge for a lot more.

i also think that knowledge is much more then grades cause we don't know if grades can help us in future but if we talk about knowledge.. We know for sure that it will help us a lot in future

Correct. Not everyone has the opportunity to study, to go to school. Without school, there aren't grades. Yet, there are still people in their household or environment that are able to teach them plenty of important information, and what's that? Knowledge. So there we go, knowledge is much more important than grades.
