To hang on to their flocks, clergy members invited congregants to wear cycling clothes to church and provided space to park their bikes. A few industrious ministers even tried meeting cyclists on their own turf, holding outdoor services on bicycle routes. They had little success.

But honestly the expert is about clergy members giving (Free) bike spots to cyclist,and that industrious ministers are also trying to do the same thing close to where they live,and that its actually making progress like getting more and more attention the more they do it.
