Sometimes I dont feel like getting out of bed. I have this sadness that won't go away. I dont eat, its starting to scare me. Idk what to do.

Go see a Doctor,best option if u don't know what going on with your self-and why you feel a overwhelming sadness-and tend to not want to eat. Talk to your parents or (Parental Guardian) about whats going on with you.

well u will have to force ur self bc it is not good too stay in bed u have to keep moving,and force urself to eat.it will be hard but we belieive in you! Try walking up and down the street to keep your body moving.and its no need to be scare it is a common thing just do thing that makes you happy or talk to someone close about your problems so u can have confidents to do things!!!

if you can simply find interests instead of sitting in bed all day you can eventually find what you need, like find some time to go dog sitting or something, take daily walks or whatever. it gives more energy inside and makes you do more things that you normally wouldn't do. try to make a new habit as so
