As you help more and more people + Ask more questions your SS will go up.
It will take awhile to get up tho.

Your level is called SmartScore, the number next to your name.

It can be increased in a number of ways, not only getting medals. You can also recieve it by engaging with other users, in the chat or working together to solve questions. :)

I didn't know that. Everyone used to tell me it was just called SS not lvl.
