It does have good qualities for them to play (tennis) but no place for them to get ( local food) so it would just be crossed off since it does not suit your family's needs.


Now "Neighborhood B: Library, weekly farmers' market, park" they have space to play (tennis) which is at the (park) fresh air check,local food (Farmers Market) but also hey can stay healthy due to the fact almost all farmers markets sell veggies check,and fruits,and stay active by reading in the (Library) or running in the park.


I'd say answer option B is the best choice to pick,and the correct choice.
