tayjah:

Part A: Using computer software, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.98 was calculated. Based on the scatter plot, is that an accurate value for this data? Why or why not? (5 points) Part B: Instead of comparing the number of flowers and the day in March, write a scenario that would be a causal relationship for flowers in a garden. (5 points)

Laylalyssa:

"based on the scatter plot" can u show the scatter plot or no?

Jayjay89:

i just showed the scatter ploted that you was looking for..

Laylalyssa:

how did you get it wth

tayjah:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @Laylalyssa how did you get it wth \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) dis his/her question

Jayjay89:

cause it was my question and i forget to give u the scattered plot and that's what the question i had give me

Jayjay89:

* I mean they had give me *

Laylalyssa:

I see. well is that the whole question bc it says "numbers of flowers" and "days in march" did you not include the description of the problem please show the whole thing sir

Jayjay89:

Yes.. i did and i am a girl .. hello

Jayjay89:

saweetiee

Laylalyssa:

oh alr well then tell me why it doesn't tell me what the scatter plot is showing

Jayjay89:

I had send the scatter plotted just scroll up and look for the attachment when she had first ask the question

Jayjay89:

Laylalyssa:

Anyways for part a it has a positive correlation and it looks like r=0.98 is pretty accurate ..so ye positive correlation any ideas abt part b?

Jayjay89:

ok

Laylalyssa:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @Jayjay89 ok \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) me :"any ideas abt part b" you: ok Are you slow or sum?

Jayjay89:

no .. i just have no idea

Laylalyssa:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @Jayjay89 no .. i just have no idea \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) you should hav jus sed that the first time then smh

Jayjay89:

ok

Jayjay89:

A scenario that would be a causal relationship for flowers in a garden to bloom is the length of daylight received each day by the flowers. Length of daylight could be a factor influencing flower bloom. Or we can also make a scenario of comparing amount of fertilizer for flower development given to plants in comparison to the number of flowers. maybe this

Jayjay89:

@Laylalyssa

Laylalyssa:

that looks pretty correct great work

Jayjay89:

Thank you for your help with part A and thank you!!

Laylalyssa:

Yw.
