Lol yeah, so think about someone you know or have heard of that is good with long distance stuff. This could be a football player (wide receiver, running back, cornerback, safety etc) or a track runner or any other type of sport which you can think of that would involve good lungs and heart.

Jerry Rice was one of the best wide receivers in NFL history. He was and is the only person in NFL history who has scored more points than a kicker. He was known for his impressive speed and his catching ability. Jerry Rice's 40 yard dash time was 4.71 seconds, which although isn't as fast as some other people, it requires a strong heart and lungs to run as fast as he did for the prolonged period of time in which he ran for in NFL games. The definition of cardiovascular means relating to the heart or lungs and because Jerry Rice was one of the most skilled wide receivers of all time it took a strong heart and lungs to accomplish what he did. This, and the fact that Jerry Rice has scored more points than anyone ever in NFL history (not counting kickers) support my opinion that Jerry Rice is the most cardiovascular athlete.
