UNO11034:

What are some ways to help you calm down when you have a panic/anxiety attack?

4evablood:

google:"breathe in as slowly, deeply and gently as you can, through your nose. breathe out slowly, deeply and gently through your mouth. some people find it helpful to count steadily from one to five on each in-breath and each out-breath. close your eyes and focus on your breathing"

UNO11034:

Take a moment and take deep breaths. Think about those breaths you are taking. While focusing on your breath, remain seated. Think about things you like to do as well. It's all calming down tactics.

What usually really helps me is looking around me and saying the colors i see in my head
