What are some ways to help you calm down when you have a panic/anxiety attack?

I count to 100, it always helps or get away from what is giving you anxiety go on a walk and get fresh air.

Take a moment and take deep breaths. Think about those breaths you are taking. While focusing on your breath, remain seated. Think about things you like to do as well. It's all calming down tactics.
What usually really helps me is looking around me and saying the colors i see in my head
count down from 100 to get your brain focusing on something else
do grounding, have something in your hands, and focus on it, I also struggle with both Panic and anxiety Attack
