Is it 18/66? I'm not sure which one would go on top/bottom.
Well not to give you a direct answer, youre going to divide both numbers by a number divisible by both, so in this case, what number goes into 18 and 66, I think this the method, i havent done ratios in a min
18:66 simplified would be 3:11. This is achieved by dividing each term by 6.
