Did you ever really leave me? Biography of Astrid's friendship

Her friend Kristen, was the best person she ever knew, She had a lot of mental health issues like Astrid. They actually became best friends at a hospital. Kristen was a great friend, and Astrid was always there for her when she needed it most. They went to the Cemetary across my street and talked to the dead people. They always gave each other things to remember each other by. One day She just disappeared. Astrid was on her way to the cemetery to see if she might have been there, then, found blood on a rock across the river. She didn't think worry about it until Astrid heard Kristen was missing. Later Astrid was told they were attending her funeral but they still couldn't find the body. Maybe she was just missing or she got kidnapped, Astrid thought. So She wasn't dead yet, right? After Astrid and her family took a vacation to their cabin, she got the news that her friends body was found 17 miles down. Kristen had smashed many rocks into her head because she was mentally ill. Astrid went into Kristens house and her mom said she can take anything from Kirstens room, Astrid found Kristens diary and started to read it. Astrid went numb as she was reading her friends diary. Kristen was in a relationship that Astrid never knew and her writing was more depressed than usual. She wanted to tell Astrid but she couldn't.
To this day Astrid has been showing nothing but kindness to her friends. You never know what someone might be going through so always choose kindness and be curious about people's life. It doesn't hurt to help the hurt people.

Wow.. that hits hard. Sounds like it came straight out of a horror movie. I'm sorry that this had to be real and that she had to experience that. I have no idea how it must've felt. Takes a strong, strong person to recover from that.
