Uh, well you closed this, so idk if you need help still. Uh, well you must first know what the Freedmen's Bureau is. So this was created in 1865 or 1866, I don't remember. It was created during the period known as the `Reconstruction` which happened after the Civil War. Now, a big part of the Civil War, as we should know, was slavery. From this, I would say we can get rid of option A because, well, they kinda already had the Civil War for tht. Then, we can also eliminate option D because well, if this bureau was created after the Civil War during Reconstruction, state conventions aren't the bigger issue here. Now, using your knowledge of American history, which do you think is correct, B or C, and why?
