so i used to sleep from 8 or 9pm to 6am but now i wake up at 5 somthin each morning is that bad orr good? -btw i am tired during each morning-

im 14 and i go to bed at 8 or 9pm or sometimes 10.
bro i go to sleep @ 10:00pm and wake up each hour like its what i do but im used to it
Well, you need about 8-10 hours of sleep each day. So Some days you reach the requirement but the day's that you go to bed at 10 you miss the requirement.

Well, if you count from 8-5 you get 9 hours of sleep. If you count from 9-5 you get 8 hours of sleep. And if you go to bed at ten your only getting 7 hours of sleep.
Then fix ur sleeping pattern

Well try getting warm under your covers and just think about random things. That usually helps for me.

Well you actually need 8 hours of sleep each night but id perfer you get 10 hours each night because you would go to bed at like 9 or 10 to get about 11 or 12 hours of sleep each night. And most adults need seven to nine hours of sleep, but as little as six hours may be enough for some people (although this is rare), and up to ten hours may be appropriate for other people.

I think waking up that early is normal, your body supposedly needs 8 hours of sleep, waking up on 7 or 8 hours is normal, just about all of us wake up tired
