Well.... Lets look at the big picture. Being a conductor is something that takes a lot of time. You need to know how to read notes, if its a choir or an orchestra you need to know to read note. I have been in a choir´s and I have to be able to read notes but they it looks is that you need to be able to read notes and keep practicing to be honest I would take to your music teacher or even someone your know that is conductor. I mean if that is what you want to do when you get older than I would for real look more into it. Keep on going and keep your head up!
