By “free education” do you mean government-funded education? In that case there’s a lot of directions you could go with this topic. You could talk about schools/countries that have implemented free education vs ones that haven’t and compare the quality of education, educational outcomes, etc.

You could also do a pro and cons essay about why free education is or isn’t a good idea
