@hhanan yes you have the correct answer because f(x) = 11x-8 y = 11x-8 .... f(x) replaced with y x = 11y-8 ..... x and y swap; solve for y x+8 = 11y 11y = x+8 y = (x+8)/11 \(f^{-1}(x) = \frac{x+8}{11}\)
