Should u take bath in the morning with cold water at 9 am when u have cold? and also should i take bath at night?
If you're sick, you should take a warm bath, and you can take a bath or shower any time, as long as you take one.
Yes, cold ones in the morning really wake u up. e.e
You can, but like what she said, if you're sick, take a warm bath, but nothings wrong with a cold bath from time to time, or all the time

I wouldn't recommend cold baths though, except for washing hair of course, but yes, cold baths or showers can wake you up, and you're welcome < 33

A cold bath could help as a waker upper, something like that
You should try to avoid actually washing your body in the bath cause when you do, where does that water go? nowhere so you sit in your own filth. so igs you can just chill in a bath. but to actually clean yourself, a shower is the best option.
nope, take a hot shower at night because when u have a cold and u shower with cold water its gonna make u sicker, netter take it warm cause if you shower while having a cold with cold water, ur (not to be gross but true) ur booger go up to ur forehead and they stay there and become worms, happened to me once didn't like it...
Um- I don't think cold showers or baths make you sicker
warm not cold
You should never take a cold bath when you have a cold it could cause you to be even more sick and then you could die.
Yall cold baths don't make you sicker.
they do when ur sick
They just make you cold, and no they don't.
\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @nevaehhh They just make you cold, and no they don't. \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) Yeah exactly
It could actually make you even colder and increase the amount of time it will take for your body to warm back up. They may not be a good idea if you're sick, either. Initially, the cold temperature might be too hard on your immune system, so it's best to ease into the cooler temperatures.
Temperature of water you sit in doesn't make you sick
Helps fight off common illnesses The shock of cold water in the bloodstream stimulates leukocytes. This means that taking cold showers can help your resistance to common illnesses, like colds and the flu. One study even indicated that cold showers could make the body more resistant to certain types of cancer.
That's like saying being cold when youre sick makes you sicker, you realize being sick is your body fighting a sickness, being cold doesn't stop that

It's only good if you let your body relax before you take a cold bath on you body that means you have to ease into the cold by resting and becoming better.
