plz help
Ok so let’s start off with 1. First we need to find how many mph is 201 miles in 3 hours. 201 miles divided by 3 hrs is 67 miles per hour. Then multiply this by 7. 67 x 7 = 469 miles. So Brandon traveled 469 miles in 7 hours. 2. Rachel payed $11.70 for 5 gallons of gasoline. First we need to find how much 1 gallon of gasoline is. So divide 11.70/5 and you get 2.34. So each gallon of gas is $2.34. Now multiply this by 12 and you’ll see how much 12 gallons of gas is worth. 2.34 x 12 = $28.08 3. Divide 2 1/8 by 3/4 to find the answer. It will take Jason 2 5/6 hours to paint his entire living room. 4. Divide 7/10 by 5/8: = 1.12. Multiply this number by 6 to get the answer. 1.12 x 6 = 6.72 and as a mixed number this translates to 6 18/25. 5. The can that is the better buy is the can that has the least value per unit price. To find the unit price, divide the price by the size. $2.70/12 = $0.23 per oz $3.36/16 = $0.21per oz So the better buy is the 16 oz can because it’s basically 21 cents for 5 more ounces and the 12 ounce can brings less but is worth more per ounce. 5. Multiply 1/4 by 8 to get the answer. 1/4 x 8 = 2 So Shanna would need 2 cups of peanuts if she wants to make 8 cups of trail mix. I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do with the drawing but I’ll leave that for you to do. Hope this helped and please click a medal for me if it did. :) Lastly I circled all the answers with their respective colors. White is slightly yellow because white wouldn’t be visible if I circled the answer with that color. - Pusheen
