so what you need to know that the solutions of a sistem are always the intersection points of these graphs

hhanan:

(-2, -4) and (5, 0)?

jhonyy9:

for x= -2 why y = -4 ? pls check it

jhonyy9:

the intersection points of red line with blue line

hhanan:

(-1, 0) and (5, 0)

jhonyy9:

no these are the intersections with axe ox you need the coordinates of intersection points of red line with blue line

hhanan:

(-2, -4) and (4, -3)

jhonyy9:

-2 why with -4 i dont see there minus 4 check it pls again

jhonyy9:

4 with -3 is perfect

hhanan:

(-1, 0) and (4, -3)

DumbFounded:

aren't they intercepting lines so whatever point meets with another is ur answer?

jhonyy9:

no the -2 is correct but from -2 look on up and check there the intersection point what y coordinate has

hhanan:

options:

1 attachment
jhonyy9:

there is made a mystake bc- look pls from -2 on the top part where is the intersection point and from this point on the right on axe oy and there is the y coordinate value so what is +4

hhanan:

none of them

jhonyy9:

(-2,+4) and (4,-3)

hhanan:

ty

jhonyy9:

np do you understand it now sure ?

hhanan:
