I have to disagree with the answer provided above by @freshavacado850. I'm sure you know that everything inside the modulus or absolute value (||) will return a positive value. And as such, you assume the function to not provide any negative values. However, in your oversight, you forgot to note the negative sign outside the absolute value operation. Thus, the graph will be similar to f(x) = |x-5| (the graph that you provided) except that it has to be reflected across the x-axis to graph the function f(x) = -|x-5|.
