Question

This may not be a proper question but i need help.
My parents r separating and i'm breaking down and i'm hurt i don't know how to feel or what to do about so what i'm asking is there anyone with experience of this happening to help me through this?

Things happen for some odd reason but you can't really get away from the fact your parents decided to separate.
But if you needed help, tell yourself everything happens, you cannot control it, for that, that means you con definially control what you have in mind though. change the subject of yourself, try new things if ya have to. Talk to your mother or father on how you can get through it without a worry.
All you need is faith to continue anything in this world. Faith is what gives you confidence and perseverance to accomplish anything. You're more than what you think and you should know that anything you go through eventually comes back to you.
