so first the first thing u want to do is simplify here

so when u simplify u divide evenly

so u would take 4x/4= 64/4

the 4x is canceled out by divindg its self, and 64/4 becomes what?

well incase you dont know, 64/4 is 16

so that leaves u with x = 16

so there for, hes incorrect ;o
