umm:

D.C. v. Heller (2008) is about Heller who went to the Supreme Court on June 26th, 2008 asking to receive 2nd Amendment right to have the rights to carry firearms inside the home. Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) is about segregation that the Supreme Court made it legal for both races (Caucasian and African-American) to board transportation and claims that black schools were equal to white schools. Marbury v. Madison (1803) is about the appointing to the Supreme Court being able to declared an act of Congress unconstitutional, which establishedthe doctrine of judicial review. Brown v. Board of Education (1954) went up against the Supreme Court and Board of Education to discuss segregation that went against Amendment 14 and unconstitutional.
