I got 10 hours of sleep but I'm still tired and I don't know why.

Buenos88:

I feel you

Buenos88:

It happens to me all the time. I also don't understand why. Maybe you didn't sleep well and just don't realize it.

Katrin369:

Well, it's because you don't have a sleep schedule. You need to go to bed and wake up at the same time on week days. You can sleep in on weekends but not on week days.

i have a sleep schedule and i sleep in on the weekends.

Katrin369:

Ok then

IhelpUuHELPme:

eh its prob because you either had a bad dream, you didn't sleep comfortably, or something is on ur mind, and maybe even bc of noise, that's all I can think of tbh

Katrin369:

Try drinking water with a little bit of lemon in it every time you wake up drink A LOT of water throughout the day so you stay hydrated and exercise at least once two days

AZ:

This isn't really a problem that we can help you with- If this is the first time you're feeling tired, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if you're always feeling tired even though you get plenty of sleep and you have nothing stressing you out in life, I would go see your pediatrician/family doctor. I would also suggest that you start keeping a sleep diary. Every day you can record when you go to sleep, wake up, how tired you feel, etc. All that info will come in handy when you go see your doctor.
