Mrs Chuong leaves home at 08:00 and drives at a speed of 50 km/h. After 1/2 hour she reduces her speed to 40 km/h and continues at this speed until 09:30. She stops from 09:30 until 10:00 and then returns home at a speed of 60 km/h

Hello @confusedbody ! Apologies for the late reply! This is a multiple step problem. Our first goal is to find the DISTANCE between where Mrs Chuong home is and where she ends up stopping at 9:30 Let's take a look: She drives 1/2 hour at 50 km/h (from 8:00 - 8:30) She then drives 1 hour at 40 km/h (from 8:30 - 9:30) She reaches her destination, stops, and heads home at 10. 0.5 hours at 50 km/h = 25 km traveled 1 hour at 40 km/h = 40 km traveled 25+40 = 65 km Therefore the distance between where Mrs Chuong stopped and her home is 65 km.

Angle:

Then, the problem is asking for "what time" Mrs Chuong would reach her home if she traveled at 60 km/h starting at 10am 65 km divided by 60 km/h = the amount of time needed to travel 10:00 + the answer you just got = the answer to your problem
