I have a habit of binge eating like a pig in the morning and I cant help it. I'll find any snacks and cereals I can get my hands on to eat. This results in a shortage of snacks and foods that eat everyday. Sof I run out of those, I can get very hungry. Pls help thx.

If you remove then from where you would normally get them or if you have a family member who can move them and not tell you that could be beneficial. Lmk what you think.

tell your family to hide them from you so you don't have that habit every morning

Maybe have your family/friends stash the food out of your reach, then have them display only healthy food for you to eat. When you grow out of the habit, you can put some snacks back one by one.

You could have anxiety/depression/stress. People do all these in a different way. For example, I pull out my hair and/or bite my nails in all these cases. Maybe from school or pear pressure or even pressure from your parent (s).
